专利摘要:
An automatic sling release serving for the automatic disengagement of a sling, such as a chain, a rope, or a strap from a hoisting hook at the moment of relieving the sling of the weight of the load. The device has a load sustaining body with a first, sling engaging hook thereon. A releasing arm is pivotally mounted on the body, the releasing arm having a portion thereof in the form of a second hook positioned close to the first hook and partially overlapping it. The second hook has two working faces, i.e., an upper sling end engaging face and a front thrusting face, in the basic unloaded position of the releasing arm the front thrusting face projecting beyond the outer edge of the first hook on the load sustaining body. The application of a sling end to the upper face of the releasing arm and the subjection of the device to a load results in the swinging of the releasing arm to its loaded position wherein it partially clears the first hook and the transfer of the sling end from the upper face of the releasing arm to the first hook. Upon the release of the pull of the load upon the body, the releasing arm swings so that its front thrusting face pushes the sling end off the first hook.

(54) AUTOMATIC REMOVAL DEVICE
one
The invention relates to an automatic device for uncoupling the rigging and is intended to automatically reset the suspension rings of chains, loops of cables or tapes from the slots of the suspension hook when releasing the rigging from 5 loads.
Until now, rigging is suspended and freed from the hook of the crane by hand. It is during slinging that accidents often occur when the sling jo-chic is located near a suspended or unstable cargo.
Therefore, different systems of uncoupling rigging have arisen, which have the ability to reset the rigging without the direct fate of the line. However, with the tandem uncoupling rigging work on hydraulic, pneumatic. or electromagnetic principles acting on an external energy source. 20 This system requires a special control device between the suspension and the crane operator and the energy source, which in practice is quite complex, and therefore the system does not have an igar application. 25 RACKING
These shortcomings eliminate the proposed automatic device for unhooking the rigging by dropping the rings of the chain, the loops of the cables or tapes from the suspension hook after releasing the cables from the mass of the load, which is suspended on a beam or on a crane hook.
The essence of the device lies in the fact that it consists of a non-suspended suspension body and at least one drop lever, and the drop lever has two working areas, i.e. upper gripping area and one end drop area. At the same time, in the main no-load position, the discharge area extends beyond the outer edge of the controlled gripping groove of the fixed suspended body.
The fixed stand has a lug for hanging onto the hook of the crane.
The fixed hanging casing may be in the form of a yoke enclosing the crane carrier, and the movable lever is attached to it pivotally.

Claims (2)
[1]
The fixed hanging casing has an uncontrollable groove, on which the rope loop is constantly suspended, and a controllable gripper 5K groove for the second cable loop | on the hundred of which is attached the pivoting shoulder of the reset lever. The device in accordance with the invention operates absolutely automatically and reliably does not require a special energy source to release the rigging and does not need an additional control device. The release takes place automatically after the load is loaded, which frees the rigging. The operator has managed the crane operator. The device can be used as an additional equipment to existing cranes. Liberation rigging can only occur after the cargo and cargo. FIG. t shows the automatic uncoupling rigging on the suspension beam of the crane, general view; in fig. 2 is a view of the automatic uncoupling in the basic position of the dump lever without load; in fig. Fig. 3 shows the automatic uncoupling in the declining position of the drop lever. The automatic uncoupling device 1, which is shown in FIG. i has the form of a yoke, which is twisted around the suspended beam 2, consists of two parts: a fixed suspended body 3 and a movable reset lever 4 On the fixed suspended body 3 there are gripping grooves 5 for podlitevu} sh rigging b, wrapping the weight 7. The movable reset lever 4, which oscillates around imina 8, has an auxiliary groove 9 for suspending rigging 6. The movable reset lever 4 has a two-arm shape, with the upper part 10 of the movable reset lever 4 performing the function of a balancing weight and the lower part 11 being a function of the auxiliary Section 9, the auxiliary groove 9, as shown in FIG. 2, has an upper gripping area 12 inclined to the horizontal so that a positive angle a occurs in the basic position of the automatic uncoupling. When the deviation is up to the groove indicated in fig 3, on the contrary, a negative angle D appears. As shown in fig. 2 and 3 rigging 6 remains at one end of a permanently mounted in uncontrolled gripping groove 14 loop 15 The other end of rigging 6 after grasping under load 7 is hung by loop 15 to auxiliary groove 9 of the lower part 11 of the movable dump lever 4. When lifting the suspension beam 2, rigging 6 begins to stretch and its thrust in the auxiliary groove 9 overcomes the mass of the upper part 10 of the movable release lever 4 (as shown in FIG. 2), which in the relaxed state holds the movable reset lever 4 in the main position. In re 4 of the rigging of rigging 6, the movable release lever 4 is deflected to the deflected position (as shown in Fig. 3), this changes the positive alpha angle a) of the upper gripping area 12 to the negative beta angle (| 3). Thus, the hanging loop 15 of rigging 6 is ejected from the suspension in the auxiliary groove 9 of the movable dump lever 4 into the controlled gripping groove 5 of the fixed suspended body 3. After the thrust in the rigging 6 disappears when the load 7 is loaded, the end face 13 of the movable dump arm 4 extends the rigging 6 with the lateral pressure of the movable release lever 4 from the catch groove 5, because the mass of the upper part 10 of the movable release lever 4 returns the movable release lever 4 to the main position, as shown in FIG.
[2]
2. By resetting the loop 15 rigging b from the controlled gripping groove 5 of the fixed hanging body 3, the rigging falls at the controlled end; by lifting the hanging beam 2, the rigging 6 can be pulled out from under the load 7, since its other end is permanently mounted on the uncontrolled gripping groove 14. Claim 1. Automatic unlocking the rigging designed to automatically unhook the suspension rings of chains, cables or tapes from the suspension hook when releasing the rigging from the weight of the load, which is in suspension on the carrier beam or on the crane supporting hook, characterized in that it consists of a fixed suspension body and minimum of one movable lever scatter, wherein the movable reset lever has two working platforms, i.e. the upper gripping area and the end dumping area, and in the generally unloaded position, the end dumping area extends beyond the outer edge of the controlled gripping groove of the fixed hanging body.
2. The automatic uncoupling rigging device according to claim 1, which is different from the fact that the fixed hanging casing has gripping grooves for hanging the crane's scream. 3 Automatic uncoupling device rigging in PP. The l-Zf is distinguished by the fact that the fixed hanging body is in the form of a yoke, circling the lifting beam of the crane, and the movable reset lever is fixed to it.
4. Automatic device uncoupling rigging in PP. 1-3, characterized in that the fixed hanging body is equipped with an uncontrolled gripping groove. on which a rigging loop, n controlled by a gripping groove
for the second loop of rigging, in the side of which there is a movable release lever.
